The Process:

A typical project can be divided into 5 phases: 

Dream – what are the goals, objectives for the projects
Discover – what possibilities are there to get there
Plan – what concrete steps are we going to take
Execute - Execution of Plan
Feedback – How successful was our plan and execution in reaching our goals. 

During the project phase, I will report to you on progress and milestones. I will keep track of my time spent and notify you if I exceed the proposed time-plan.

Compensation Model:

Based on the idea of the gift economy (Bill Kauth, http://timefortribe.com) I will send you a compensation proposal and ask for your compensation based on:

Value perceived: did I fulfill or exceed your expectations, or where you disappointed in my work
Desire to support my project and me: 
do you like me, my work and what I am standing for and want to support this kind of business? 
Ability to pay:are you in the start up phase, where money is tight and you don’t know how to pay all your bills, or are you in a comfortable space, able to give back a bit if what you have received in the past years. 

I am open to nonmonetary compensation after consultation with me.
